Same agenda. Different perspective.

If your strategy meetings are producing more yawns than lightbulb moments, perhaps it’s time to rethink the boardroom.

At Wick Bottom Barn, we believe a change of scenery can do wonders for a change of thinking.

Soaring beams instead of suspended ceilings. Rolling countryside instead of office windows. Room to think, space to collaborate and, most importantly, complete privacy for conversations that need to stay behind closed doors.

Whether it’s a strategy day, leadership meeting, team away day or a little blue-sky thinking, our exclusive-use barn offers a rather refreshing alternative to the usual four walls.

Big ideas deserve a little breathing room.

The beauty of exclusive hire? We don’t always get to see the finished masterpiece. And that’s rather the point!

At Wick Bottom Barn, we hand over the keys to a beautiful blank canvas and let your imagination take over. Your suppliers. Your styling. Your timetable. Your celebration.

No sharing the space with another event. No prescribed wedding formula. Just the freedom to create something entirely your own.

Which means that, more often than not, the transformation happens while we’re out of the picture.

So when we do catch a glimpse of the finished result, it’s rather special.

Your vision. Your way. Beautifully realised.

Meanwhile on the farm we’ve been having some wonderful sunrises.

A little rain, a little warmth and everything is looking a little greener - more like spring than autumn.

We’ve had some wonderful events this summer, we’re going to enjoy looking back on.

Meanwhile, on the farm a little rain, a little warmth, and slowly the countryside has turned from beige to green.

There are lovely reviews, then there are the ones that sum up exactly what we want @wickbottombarn to be.

A beautiful place but more importantly, a place that gives you the freedom to create a wedding that feels completely your own.

Plenty of access, your choice of suppliers, space for guests to stay, time to set up without the mad rush, ability to enjoy every minute of the day itself and come back down to earth slowly afterwards.

Thank you Ellie for your kind words - a snippet of which we have here! It was a joy to see the bark become yours for your special day.

Your wedding. Your suppliers. Your ideas. Your way.
